CIS determines the salary of all faculty members according to the school’s schedule of salary and benefits. Salary is calculated based upon a teacher’s advanced degrees and full years of full-time teaching experience in accredited schools. Therefore, it is important for you all to have your diplomas, transcripts and certifications with you for HR to physically verify when you arrive in July.

All employees salaries will be paid directly to the employee’s savings account on the last working day of each month.  

All reimbursements like airfare, shipping, visa fee will be paid along with the respective month salary. No reimbursement will be made without proper receipts.

Each person will receive Rs.10000/- as settling in allowance on arrival.
